Karoleena is western Canada's preeminent modular residential builder. They have been constructing and assembling systems-built homes of the highest standard since 2005.
Established in Calgary, AB in 2005 by brothers Kurt and Kris Goodjohn, with several dozen single and multi-family modular construction projects completed to date, Karoleena Homes is constantly evolving, refining and building upon its proprietary ‘systems-built’ construction process.
Karoleena is currently involved in the design and construction of multiple residential building projects, while actively pursuing the procurement of a number of large-scale international opportunities.
